This policy explains how Sprout Innovations LLC ("Sprout," "we," "us") handles personal information on this website, www.enrollwithsprout.com. It covers the marketing site only. If you use the Sprout product as a customer, the agreement and privacy terms for the product apply to data inside your account.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us and a little about how the site is used:

  • Information you submit in a form. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and (if you choose to add it) your phone number. The form may also ask for your facility name, your role, how many locations you run, the software you use today, and any message you write. The phone number and most of those details are optional. Name and email are needed so we can reply.
  • Demo scheduling. If you book a time through our scheduling tool (Calendly), Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you pick so the meeting can be set up.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, our analytics provider (PostHog) collects usage information such as the pages you view, your approximate location based on IP address, and basic device and browser details. Analytics stay off until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and schedule and run your demo.
  • To send you information you asked for about Sprout.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, where you have accepted analytics.
  • To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on:

  • Your consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in responding when you contact us or ask for a demo.
  • Legal obligation where the law requires us to keep certain records.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set advertising cookies. We use a single stored setting to remember your cookie choice, which is necessary for the banner to work. Analytics cookies from PostHog are only set after you accept. To review or change your choice, use "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site:

  • Calendly for demo scheduling.
  • PostHog for analytics, where you have consented.
  • Cloudflare for hosting and delivery of the website.
  • Our email and customer tools, so we can reply to you and track your request.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EU, UK, or Australia, we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period for our records. Analytics data is retained according to our provider's settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, email us at hello@enrollwithsprout.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

  • EU and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
  • Australia (Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles): access to and correction of your personal information, and the right to complain to us and, if unresolved, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
  • United States (including California): the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is meant for facility owners and staff, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
